This website presents GoPull’s membership, card artwork and community, offers a free email list (see “The GoPull list” below) and lets adults join the paid membership from the US and 80+ other countries (see “Joining the membership” below). It does not offer giveaway entry. The card explorer, videos and motion controls run in your browser.
The GoPull list
When you join the list at go-pull.com/list, we collect your email address, your confirmation that you are 13 or older, your answer to the optional “What do you collect?” question, the page or link that brought you to the form (for example, our Instagram link) and the time you signed up. The list is for people 13 and older; we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
You are added only after you tap the link in our confirmation email. We use your information to send GoPull emails: the free first issue of the Power List, membership news, giveaway announcements, special guest pulls and other GoPull updates. We also use the answers in aggregate to learn which collecting categories and posts matter most to readers.
Netlify receives the form and keeps a copy of your signup. Kit (kit.com), our email provider, stores the list and sends our emails on our behalf, and may record whether an email was delivered or opened and whether a link was clicked. We do not sell your email address or share it with other companies for their marketing.
Joining the list is free. It is not a membership purchase, it does not hold a membership place, and it is not a giveaway entry.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address and the date you unsubscribed, so we don’t email you again. To see, correct or delete what we hold, contact hello@go-pull.com from the address concerned.
Joining the membership
Joining asks for your email address, the country you live in, a mobile number and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. Stripe runs checkout and processes payments on our behalf. GoPull does not see or store your full card number. Stripe may ask for your billing address.
If you join from outside the US, the membership is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record service. Link receives your payment and billing details for that sale, and its own privacy notice applies to them. Your slab ships free, so there’s no second payment. We receive the same membership record from Stripe as for any member.
We use your email address and mobile number to set up and run your membership, to keep the Founding 100 monthly amount locked to the email or phone number you joined with, to send receipts and membership notices, and to help support find your account. Your mobile number is saved with your membership record at Stripe.
Founding 100 members get a free slab, so we ask for a shipping address: at checkout in the US, and outside the US in a short form in My GoPull or on the welcome page when you claim your slab. That form sends your address straight to Stripe, which keeps it with your membership record for us; this website doesn’t store a copy of it. We use it to ship your slab and to sort out any delivery problem. A slab going abroad carries a customs form with your name and address, which the postal services and the customs office in your country see.
We don’t send marketing text messages. We don’t sell your email address, mobile number or address, or share them with other companies for their marketing.
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK
GoPull LLC, in Austin, Texas, decides how your information is used. We use it to run the membership you asked for, to keep the site and payments safe and to count visits without cookies (our legitimate interests), and to send list emails only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime with the unsubscribe link.
Your information is stored and processed in the US by the services named on this page (Stripe, Netlify, Resend, Kit and Google, which runs our email), under their data protection terms. We keep membership records while you’re a member and for as long as tax and accounting rules require after that.
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@go-pull.com from the address concerned. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
My GoPull
Members sign in with a one-time code we email to them, or with the sign-in link in a GoPull email. We then set a cookie that keeps you signed in on that device for up to 30 days; you can sign out anytime. Resend (resend.com) sends our sign-in codes and membership emails for us. Each Power List PDF you download is marked with your founding number (or your email for The Go Pool) to show it’s your copy. When your slab ships, we save the carrier and tracking number with your membership so you can follow it in My GoPull.
Collector profile
After you join, My GoPull offers a short collector profile: the sports, teams, players and characters you follow, what you collect (vintage or modern, graded or raw, a preferred grader), your usual spend per card, your dream card, your ZIP code (or city and country outside the US), your Instagram handle and anything else you choose to tell us. Every answer is optional, and the profile is never part of checkout.
We use it only to personalize your GoPull: the Power List, drops, events and slab picks. It is not a giveaway entry. We never sell it. It is stored with your membership: Netlify keeps it for us under a one-way code made from your email, not the email itself, and it holds no name, phone number or street address. You can edit or clear it anytime in My GoPull. To have it deleted on request, email hello@go-pull.com from the address you joined with.
Website delivery
Netlify hosts this website. Hosting involves processing technical request information, such as an IP address and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site. This website’s own code does not set advertising cookies or include advertising trackers.
Visit counts
We count visits to this website ourselves, without cookies. When a page loads, your browser tells us which page it is (not the rest of its address, apart from a short link tag such as ?src=), the name of the site that sent you, the first link that brought you here in that browser tab, and whether your screen is phone, tablet or desktop size. Netlify adds the country and, in the US, the state the visit came from. To count each visitor once a day, we turn your connection and browser details into a one-way code using a random key that changes every day and is then deleted, so the code can’t identify you or link your visits across days. We don’t store IP addresses, names or emails with these counts.
Your browser keeps the first link of your visit in its session storage until you close the tab. If you join, that link tag and the button you used are saved with your checkout in Stripe, so we can see which posts lead to members. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don’t count your visit.
Earlier email signups
The previous website offered a waitlist using Netlify Forms. If you provided your email through that form, contact hello@go-pull.com about your information or to stop GoPull email updates. A waitlist signup is not a membership purchase or giveaway entry.
Messages you send us
When you email hello@go-pull.com, your message includes the address you send from and any information you choose to include. Please leave payment details and unnecessary personal information out of your message.
Choices and requests
To stop receiving GoPull updates, use the unsubscribe link in an update if available, or contact hello@go-pull.com from the address concerned. You can also contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you provided. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned.
Future features
The Vault, the Scanner, the Marketplace and Map search are in preparation. Before a feature asks for additional information, we will explain the data it needs and update this notice.
